In her segment, she will be discussing the most common pitfalls agents fall into with sellers especially in this market, and how to avoid them getting angry at you or losing the listing. Dave has over 12 years of experience since starting at Lamacchia Realty in 2010. He has done over 1,000 listing appointments, and after having signed up several hundred listings, he is a listing appointment expert and master of handling objections.
During his session you will walk away with all kinds of tips and tricks to get your buyer lead from the lead call to the appointment, to contract, and ultimately under agreement!

Lindsay is the VP of Marketing at Lamacchia Companies, including Crush It In Real Estate, and has been in marketing for over 20 years. She has worked with mortgage companies, education companies, small business, and large businesses alike. One thing has been constant, she has always worked on the marketing and support of sales teams.
Her viewpoint is that a REALTOR® is also a Marketer and if you aren't thinking like a marketer first, than you will have trouble growing your business long term. You will walk away pumped up and ready to tackle your marketing once you attend this session!

Brian oversees Miranda Real Estate Group, Inc's communications, financial systems, network, technical support, and the company's satellite offices in upstate New York. He guides and supports his administrative staff and team of agents. As a result of his position as a manager and a Broker, Brian has overseen thousands of real estate transactions. He truly is an expert and professional in the real estate market but also an amazing hype man. He will for sure bring the energy and excitement to the room!
